Since 1997 Fisher and Associates has been dedicated to providing comprehensive services aimed at supporting employee and organizational health in work sectors where risk for stress, burnout and exposure to direct and vicarious trauma is high (e.g. Health, Social and Human Services, Enforcement, Corrections, Emergency Response, Armed Services, Education, etc).

We are committed to the wellbeing of staff and organizations involved in direct service to people and communities. We recognize the great value these individuals bring to the human family and are dedicated to supporting them in their efforts to remain healthy and engaged in their work.

We achieve this through the development and delivery of specialized training programs, consultation and coaching services, and a range of other resources. All of our programs and services are grounded in current research and best practices with demonstrated efficacy. Our team of associates are experienced, credentialed professionals in the mental health and associated fields.
