  • Planning effective responses to organizational health challenges,
  • Supporting the implementation of specific programs and services.

Assessing and Addressing Specific Challenges:

We provide individualized consulting services to organizations who may be struggling with specific challenges such as: toxic workplaces, high levels of employee/manager turnover, succession planning, post-strike recovery, mental health issues in the workplace, etc. Please contact us for more information.

Developing Long-Term Workplace Wellness Infrastructure:

Following implementation of the Core Programming, we recommend that organizations develop a long-term infrastructure supporting Organizational Health and Employee Wellness. We work with individuals identified by the organization to develop customized structures and initiatives that will address these needs. Please contact us for more information.

Organizational Health/Employee Wellness Evaluation & Recommendations:

Organizations that implement the Workplace Wellness Program may chose to use the research/evaluation version of the program. In that case, participants’ self evaluation batteries are collected and forwarded to Fisher & Associates along with demographic information. This provides the basis for a fine-grained analysis of staff risk and resilience profiles, self care data, and clinical outcome information. A full analysis of the data and recommendations for action are provided to the organization. (Note: this version adheres strictly to the Research Ethical Guidelines of the American Psychological Association and the Canadian Psychological Association.) Please contact us for more information.
